Charming Stay Near the Gardens
great size perfect location helpful staff
The room I got had a great size (I stayed in a Double or Twin Room). The location was perfect. It was very close to the Turia Gardens. I found the staff to be helpful when I needed directions around the area.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from the room next door. It wasn't a major issue, but it did affect the quietness of my stay.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a historical building design that added a unique charm to my visit, and the building included a functional elevator (although I did prefer the stairs sometimes).
Service
10/10
Staff members were available at the reception desk around the clock, and they provided assistance with local directions and basic inquiries. I found this availability to be very reassuring .

breakfast variety helpful staff convenient location outdated room missing towel rail old tv
the breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. i found the staff to be very cute and helpful, especially at reception. the hotel is located conveniently close to the historic part of the city, about a 6-minute walk to the cathedral..
the room i stayed in felt very basic and somewhat outdated. i noticed there was no towel rail for bath towels in the bathroom. the tv was quite old, and it lacked english channels..

detergent smell window shaft
The location was acceptable. It was close to the center, made exploring the area easy.
The room was NOT worth the price I paid. A detergent smell permeated the room, and the windows opened to a shaft. I could hear water running whenever residents upstairs flushed their toilets.
